ORDER AND RETURN POLICY:
All product must be paid for in full at time of order.
Tintmasters only permits items that have not been opened, installed or modified, and are under $100 to be eligible for a return. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns will be issued in the form of in-store credit. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 7 days. All returns must be returned to your pick-up location and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. If the return is sent to any of our other locations it will be refused.
We issue in-store credit up to the full purchase price if the above requirements are met. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay for shipping on all product, including, but not limited to delivery, return, or warranty. After receipt and inspection by Tintmasters, any part showing evidence of being used, installed, modified, installed incorrectly, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Many of our products are covered under manufacturer warranty, which may cover merchandise or parts for a certain period of time after purchase. We may act as the agent between the customer and the manufacturer, however Tintmasters is not obligated to do so. It may become the responsibility of the customer to directly contact the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to check all documentation that is received with the merchandise for information regarding the product warranty policy. Please contact Tintmasters with questions or concerns and we may be able to assist in the process of submitting a claim to the manufacturer. Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
If a product is determined or believed to be not as described or defective in any way, the terms & conditions of this agreement still apply.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand that under no circumstances can a refund or a credit card chargeback be issued. Chargebacks of any nature arising from a complaint or dispute lodged by the BUYER to his/her credit card company shall be deemed as a violation of this agreement. Where such chargeback occurs, the BUYER further agrees to indemnify Tintmasters and shall be fully responsible for any fees associated with said chargebacks. All chargebacks and related fees shall be paid in full within 10 days to Tintmasters. Failure to pay Tintmasters the full amount due by these transactions shall constitute a violation of this contractual agreement and shall force the BUYER to incur any and all associated costs that secure Tintmasters unhampered payment of said charges. These charges include, but are not limited to legal costs, credit card fees, and bank charges.
Tintmasters does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, shipping, and dock or storage fees. Tintmasters shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects.
Labor that has been completed will not be eligible for refund. Labor that has been paid for before the scheduled appointment can only be refunded in the form of in-store credit, and will have a charge of 10% labor as a service fee.
The following items cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS:
-Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed.
-ANY electrical items, including lights.
-Custom or special ordered items.
-Scratched or dented items.
SHOP AND APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Appointments that have not been cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will incur a $30 fee upon reschedule. If stock parts removed from a vehicle are not picked up within 48 hours, they will become property of Tintmasters. Vehicles left under Tintmasters supervision for more than 14 days with no attempt of repair, or payment of outstanding balance in full will receive additional fees; the customer will be responsible for the labor, parts, and a $15 per day storage fee from the original date the vehicle was dropped off at Tintmasters. All installation invoices will incorporate a shop supply fee equal to 5% of the total invoice.
CHECK AND CARD POLICY:
Neither checks nor credit cards will be accepted from any customer under the age of 18. All purchases made via check require a valid driver’s license at the time of purchase. Tintmasters does not accept checks from out of state. The customer is responsible for a $35 service fee for each check that is returned unpaid. The customer is responsible for having their credit/debit/gift card on hand. Tintmasters will not accept payment over the phone.
While Tintmasters strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information Tintmasters has the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly Tintmasters may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
CUSTOMER INSTALLATION SAFETY DISCLAIMER:
Proper service and repair procedures are vital to the safe, reliable operation of all motor vehicles as well as the personal safety of those performing the repairs and are not the responsibility of Tintmasters. Standard safety procedures and precautions (including the use of safety goggles and proper tools and equipment and exact compliance with the instructions included with products) are strongly recommended at all times to limit the possibility of personal injury or death or improper service which could damage the vehicle or compromise its safety.
Revisions to Terms and Conditions:
Please refer to these Terms and Conditions regularly. Tintmasters reserves the right, at any time, to modify, amend, alter or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the website following posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions signifies that you agree to be bound by such modifications, amendments, alterations or updates.
